Comprehensive Watch Inspection
A diagnostic fee starting from S$118 applies only if you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis. This fee covers the time, expertise, and specialized equipment used to assess your watch.
For minor or aesthetic repairs, especially if the watch is working properly, our Live Customer Service can provide an initial quotation via WhatsApp. However, an accurate quotation requires in-person consultation for extensive repairs, such as movement/parts issues or non-functioning watches. We recommend arranging a visit to our lab and bringing your watch for a thorough assessment to ensure all your repair needs are met with precision.
Significant part replacements required for repair and restoration will incur additional costs. Please note that our servicing fees typically start from S$458. Once the watch is taken in for diagnosis, if you decide not to proceed with servicing, a diagnostic fee starting from S$118 will apply. This fee covers evaluation by our expert watchmakers and ensures transparency and professionalism.

- We service and repair Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, and other coveted luxury brands. Please contact our Customer Service for an initial quote. While we can provide general servicing rates over WhatsApp, specific quotations require a thorough diagnosis.
- If your watch is functioning properly, a standard servicing should suffice. However, if your watch is not working, we will need to perform an actual diagnosis at our lab to provide an accurate quotation.
- Any faulty parts that need replacement can only be quoted after a comprehensive diagnosis.
